Last weekend, Sounds European! introduced the winner of the latest edition of the very traditional Festival di Sanremo, from Italy. But "Controvento" wasn't the only cool song to be in the festival. Meet the beautiful ballad "Nel tuo sorriso", a song with a grandious chorus and the amazing voice of Francesco Sàrcina.
