Alessandro Mahmoud was born in Milan in 1992. He took part of the sixth season of The X Factor Italy, where he made it until the third week of shows. This year, Mahmood will compete on the Giovanni category on Festival di Sanremo with the song "Dimentica". The single is a perfect mixture of Italian downtempo and contemporary sounds.
