Waylon is the stage name of Willem Bijkerk, Dutch singer who was born in Apeldoorn in 1980. He was half of The Common Linnets, runners-up of Eurovision Song Contest in 2014. Waylon is now returning to Eurovision, this time solo, with "Outlaw in 'em". It's a great rock song with country vibes. It's such a captivating track!
