Sweden | Elliphant feat. MØ - "One more"

Meeting of two new Scandinavian big stars! Swedish Elliphant (who was SE!'s song of the week with "Could it be") gathered with Danish MØ (highlighted on our site with her cool cover version of Spice Girls's "Say you'll be there") to record "One more". It's a very groovy song.

Germany | Teesy - "Keine rosen"

Here comes another song that took part on this year's Bundesvision Song Contest. Toni Mudrack, whose stage name is Teesy, was born in 1990 in Berlin. The song he presented in the contest was "Keine rosen", a jazzy track helped by a very powerful voice. It creates an incredible atmosphere to relax!

Shaka Ponk is a French group which was formed in 2000 in Paris. In the middle of the decade, they moved to Berlin, city where they are now based. Their new single "Heal me, kill me" has very interesting instrumentation and high-quality singing.

They were the runners-up of the contest, with the beautiful rock ballad "Plötzlich hält die welt an".

Poland | Garou feat. Paulla - "Du vent des mots / Tyle slow na wiatr"

Paulla is the stage name of Paulina Ignasiak, a Polish singer who was born in 1979 in the city of Pleszew. She has gathered with Canadian star Garou to release "Du vent des mots / Tyle slow na wiatr". It's a very beautiful duet.

Dya is a Romanian singer born in Iasi in 1994. She started singing at a very young age, taking part of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2006 as part of the group New Star Music, with the song "Povestea mea". Now with much more musical expertise, she released "Perfect play", a very cool and sticky pop song.

Czech Republic | Ezyway - "Little happy"

We are showing you the perfect way to wake up with energy. Ezyway is a Czech band formed in Ostrava in 2011. Their mix of funk, pop and R&B is very evident in "Little happy", a fantastic upbeat song.

The Bundesvision Song Contest 2014 took place on September 20th, and, as last year, Sounds European! will be showing you some of the songs that competed. One of them was "Alles versucht", by Maxim (the same one we showed last year ago with "Rückspiegel"), a delicious indie pop ballad with a spice of synth sounds.
