The Charts Day #86 (part 1)

CHARTS

Paulina Rubio is one of the most popular singers from Mexico. Her diva attitude has made her cross the borders not only of Mexico but of Latin America, to also become a big name in Spain. That's why her latest single, "Mi nuevo vicio" (in which she features Morat), is this week's #3 in the Spanish charts!

Sweden | Elliphant feat. Doja Cat - "Purple light"

RECENT

Swedish singer Elliphant is a personal favorite of our editors. In 2013, she had one of our ten favorite songs of the entire year, "Could it be". Now, she is back with a new single, featuring American artist Doja Cat. "Purple light" is great, and has that unique and groovy style and voice only Elliphant can offer.

Norway | Marion Raven - "Kicks in"

BRAND NEW

Marion Raven was featured mere days ago with the beautiful "Better than this", yet here she is again with us with a very different sound. "Kicks in" is a darker song, more leant to indie rock, but equally fantastic. It actually kicks in!

Germany | Robert Redweik - "Der letzte macht das licht aus"

BRAND NEW

The German singer and musician Robert Redweik, from Munich, was the voice of the great band Redweik. Now in solo work, he has just released "Der letzte macht das licht aus". It's a beautiful piano-based pop-rock ballad which uses his amazing voice perfectly.

France | Nach - "Je suis moi"

BRAND NEW

Anna Chedid is a 26 year-old woman from Paris. Under her stage name Nach, she has worked for her music career from a very young age, training in classical singing and jazz. Her latest single is "Je suis moi", a very contemporaneous pop song with all the class that only French singers can offer us!

United Kingdom | Clean Bandit - "Stronger"

BRAND NEW

"Rather be" wasn't an accident. And there's no way Clean Bandit will be known as a one-hit-wonder group. "Stronger", their new single, is great enough for us to be totally sure of that. It's catchy, involving and a delight to listen. If it doesn't become a hit, there's something wrong with the world. Well, there is nothing wrong with us, so it's our song of the week.

Belgium | Billie - "Give me the knife"

RECENT

Billie Bentein is a Belgian singer from Gent. The title of her debut single might be a bit scary, but be sure: you'll end up loving it. "Give me the knife" is the perfect indie pop song. It is groovy, it has great vocals, it has a sticky chorus, it has a fantastic video... It just gets better with every play!

Romania | Peter Pop feat. Lora - "Singuri in doi"

BRAND NEW

Get ready to listen to one of the coolest songs coming from Romania in recent times. "Singuri in doi" is a single performed by Bogdan Petre Popa, also known as Peter Pop, and Lora (who was shown here on SE! last year, with "Arde"). Their voices mix perfectly, in a very beautiful ballad pop. It's impossible not to get fully involved by it!

Germany | Unheilig - "Mein berg"

BRAND NEW

We featured Unheilig upon the release of "Als wär's das erste mal", last year. Now, he returs with a beautiful ballad: "Mein berg" is a delicious downtempo pop-rock song which is made even more captivating with his low-pitched voice. Definitely one to add to your playlist!
