Norway | Secret Treehouse - "Ice turns to ash"

BRAND NEW

Norwegian band Secret Treehouse have just released a new single. It's titled "Ice turns to ash". About it, the band says: "The lyrics are about the loneliness that one can feel in a relationship when the other person does not see who you are. It is about being alone among thousands, and then meeting a person who sees you for who you are and makes you laugh. It does not need to be romantic love, but just a true relation between two individuals".

It's a very relatable and strong theme. And the way it is expressed in the song makes it even stronger: we love how the topic imprinted a different (but still recognizable) perspective on the band's sounds! It's a song to listen on repeat.

This song doesn't have an official video on YouTube, but you can listen to it on Spotify.
