Kaija Koo is the stage name of Kaija Kokkola, Finnish singer who was born in Helsinki in 1962. Kaija's career spans 27 years and 13 studio albums, four of them reaching #1 in the Finnish charts (and the rest of them making it to the top ten). Recently, she has been one of the artists participating on this year's Vain Elämää: she gave a fantastic cover of "Syypää sun hymyyn", originally sung by Cheek.
