Paolo Simoni is an Italian singer born in Comacchio in 1985. This year, Paolo released his fifth studio album, "Noi siamo la scelta", and here he is presenting us a single to come out of it: "Ci sono cose ti cambiano" is a perfect blend between Italian pop-rock and the classic ballads of the country, with the addition of some synth beats to make a very unique song.
