TIPPA, formerly known as Tippa-T, is Topi Huovinen, a Finnish artist who was born in Turku in 1992. He has joined costee to release a new single. "Normaaleita" is an awesome pop-rock song, which grows from a soft and smooth start to a strong and more rockish end.
