Valentina Tronel was born in 2009 in Rennes. After auditioning on the local version for The Voice Kids in 2017, she was selected to be a part of the popular group Kids United. Back in October, she was confirmed as the French representative for the 2020 Junior Eurovision with the energetic "J'imagine". With a fresh and upbeat performance, she went on to achieve a landslide victory in the contest, the first for France in a Eurovision-related event since 1977.
