Finland | Softengine - "The sirens"

The Finnish band Softengine, which represented their country on this year's Eurovision with "Something better", has just released a single to follow the great hit "Yellow house". "The sirens" is a lighter rock track than their two previous ones, but with the same intensity which is characteristic of them.

Sweden | Le Maine - "Daughter of a king"

We love getting such surprises. Le Maine come from the woodlands in southeastern Sweden who are working in their first EP. Their latest single, "Daughter of a king", is all anthemic: a beautiful ballad portraying a strong and full-of-emotions voice.

Romania | Keo - "Dupa furtuna"

Keo is a Romanian artist, songwriter and producer who was born in Bucharest in 1978, but as a child moved with his parents to Switzerland. He is one of the biggest Romanian singers, starting his career in 2005 and releasing several albums and singles since then. His latest single is called "Dupa furtuna", an interesting mixture between the classic Romanian upbeat pop with a slight calmer melody. Definitely one not to miss!

Latvia | Aija Andrejeva - "Soļi"

Aija Andrejeva, also known as Aisha, is a Latvian singer who was born in 1986 in Ogre. She is recognized for having represented her country on the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest, with "What for?". She has just released "Soļi", a cool and involving song with a very happy video clip.

Spain | Maldita Nerea - "Perdona si te llamo amor"

We talked about Maldita Nerea some months ago, upon the release of their hit single "Mira dentro". And here they dazzle us again: the follow up is called "Perdona si te llamo amor", and is a very charming pop-rock track!

Croatia | Nina Badrić - "Vjetrenjače"

It's time to remeet Croatian singer Nina Badrić, who has already appeared on Sounds European! twice before. Her new single is called "Vjetrenjače", and it's a very groovy song. It makes us remind of some great dance tracks from previous decades. So lovely!

Estonia | Artjom Savitski - "Seistes pilvedel"

Artjom Savitski is a Estonian singer who was born in 1992, in Tallinn. He got famous after being the runner-up of the fourth season of the reality show Eesti Otsib Superstaari (losing the final to Liis Lemsalu). His new single "Seistes pilvedel" is a very cool rock song, with a great melodic chorus.

North Macedonia | Viktor Apostolovski - "Drugata vo tebe"

Viktor Apostolovski was born in Bitola in 1991. His first big step in the music industry was Macedonian version of the reality show Idols, in 2010, where he made it to the top four. His latest single is "Drugata vo tebe", a very interesting and exotic mixture in the country: a male singing a very groovy and danceable pop.

Hungary | Gigi Radics feat. Zoltán Bereczki, Viktor Király and Linda Király - "Álmodd meg a csodát!"

RECENT

The project A Játékkészítő ("The Toy Maker") is uniting some of the biggest names of Hungarian music industry. Gigi Radics (born in Salgótarján in 1996), who was already presented here on SE! with the excellent "Over you", is joined by the American-born siblings Viktor and Linda Király and Zoltán Bereczki (born in Budapest in 1976) for "Álmodd meg a csodát!". Very entertaining song for this grandiose meeting!

Sweden | Jari Sillanpää - "Tanssii kuin John Travolta"

Jari Sillanpää was born in Sweden, but has developed his whole career in Finland. Actually, you may remember him from representing Finland in Eurovision in 2004 with "Takes two to tango". His latest single is the sticky and totally upbeating "Tanssii kuin John Travolta". Get the disco ball and boogey with us!
